Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business-related experience.
- Strong sales and related skills, including commitment to the Compass Group Sales Process.
- Proficiency in CRM database management systems.
- Ability to work with online research tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and foster relationships at all levels.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High energy, positive attitude, and resourceful approach.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and targets across several verticals and lines of service.
- Execute strategic prospecting strategies by tailoring messages to various buying influences.
- Utilize CRM tools to detail and track activity for the assigned sales team.
- Develop vertical growth approaches in collaboration with operations to generate leads.
- Research targeted accounts and prospective buyers to identify business needs and pain points.
- Build trust with prospects by understanding industry challenges and product knowledge.
- Coordinate initial meetings and transition opportunities while working closely with Regional Sales Directors.
- Network with cross-sector leaders to align on growth opportunities and add value.
