Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in data entry including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad.
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows programs.
- Experience with call center systems such as CISCO Finesse, COMM100, or Nice InContact.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately key data.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work extended and flexible hours to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve intricate inbound calls and chats from parents, legal representatives, and state officials regarding child support.
- Conduct case research and execute financial assessments.
- Clarify legal enforcement actions such as income withholding or license suspensions.
- Assist parents with paternity and case initiation, and provide updates on modification statuses.
- Document and update member information and process requests for state forms.
- Document and request actions within the state’s system regarding technical problems hindering case processing.
