Requirements
- Proven success in building key customer relationships and driving revenue outcomes.
- Must have payroll experience.
- Demonstrated experience in qualifying opportunities involving multiple decision makers.
- Several years of previous experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience.
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
- Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales to achieve targets every month.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
Responsibilities
- Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
- Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients and answer follow-up questions promptly.
- Collaborate internally with key departments to support client process and experience.
- Guide clients through the closing process and provide support and coaching to other Account Executives.
