Requirements
- Payroll industry experience is required.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, specifically as an Account Executive or in a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, manage multiple stakeholders, and close deals.
- Strong cold calling skills and ability to build pipeline.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Aptitude for building senior-level relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong forecasting and target-achievement record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of high-velocity opportunities with detailed documentation.
- Self-generate leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Present solutions to potential clients and guide them through the sales process efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support the client process and experience.
- Provide coaching and proactive support to other Account Executives regarding their deal processes.
