Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Ability to express sympathy, empathy and compassion
- Critical thinker with the ability to adapt
- Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
- Active and attentive listener with a clear speaking voice
- Ability to type while talking (40 WPM or higher is a plus)
- General knowledge of U.S. and Canada geography
- Ability to map locations using various programs or applications
- Must be available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be available to work holidays
- Ability to work from home in a private, quiet workspace
- Access to a personal computer meeting specific hardware requirements (Windows 11, 16GB RAM, dual monitors, USB headset)
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls regarding roadside assistance
- Communicate with service providers and other personnel to provide necessary support
- Follow established methods and procedures to ensure customer safety
- Maintain calm, professionalism, and care when handling customer files
- Meet quality-related metrics and goals
