Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, integration consulting, or data management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Experience with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Xero).
  • Solid grasp of integration concepts: REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, sync logic, and error handling.
  • Proficiency with SQL and working with API tools like Postman.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and scope integration solutions by assessing source/target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical demos, trials, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Partner with the services team to configure, map, and validate integration workflows.
  • Support clients through onboarding, troubleshooting, and adoption.
  • Integrate AI-driven features and analytics to enhance data solutions.
  • Train sales teams and document solutions for repeatable delivery.
  • Collaborate across sales, engineering, and product teams.
