Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ACNM
  • Review resumes and initiate personalized outreach to prospective candidates
  • Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates
  • Deliver hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager
