Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks
- Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles
- Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ACNM
- Review resumes and initiate personalized outreach to prospective candidates
- Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates
- Deliver hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager
