Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT implementation, systems integration, or a related field, with a focus on cyber resiliency or data management.
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Implementation Specialist with enterprise customer exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Commvault; Advanced Commvault Certification (Engineer or Expert) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with backup and recovery of Microsoft 365 and databases (Oracle, SAP/Oracle, MS SQL Server, SAP HANA).
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments, cybersecurity, networking, storage, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with object storage (AWS S3, NetApp Storage GRID) and private/public cloud (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency with Linux scripting and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to various audiences.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30% on average).
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to develop comprehensive understandings of their cyber resiliency and data protection environments.
- Design, implement, and remediate solutions for data protection, multi-cloud, ransomware recovery, and compliance.
- Install and configure hardware and software according to design specifications.
- Assess technical readiness and execute migration tasks to transition customers to Commvault solutions.
- Collaborate with technical support and development teams to resolve technical issues.
- Complete project documentation including UAT Plans and As-Built Documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of implementation methodologies and collaborate with regional Technical Architects.
