Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in the insurance industry.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts: requirements definition, translating to technical solutions, and Agile prioritization.
- Proficiency in process documentation, requirements gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of the technical development cycle for mobile applications or web portals.
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III (advantageous).
- Technical writing skills (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications, making recommendations for improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex client business requirements through interviews and work sessions.
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories.
- Create complex test case scenarios and oversee application testing to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
- Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks and update procedural documentation.
