Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidate's fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
- Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication, and technical answers.
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
