Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Entry-level proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and performance validation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to campaign testing and optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze affiliate partner performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency across traffic sources and lines of business.
- Validate performance results, monitor for anomalies, and ensure compliance with program standards.
- Support the optimization of marketing campaigns through data analysis and testing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners, providing day-to-day support and ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Create and analyze B2C marketing content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, legal, and product teams.
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
