Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Entry-level proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and performance validation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to campaign testing and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze affiliate partner performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency across traffic sources and lines of business.
  • Validate performance results, monitor for anomalies, and ensure compliance with program standards.
  • Support the optimization of marketing campaigns through data analysis and testing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners, providing day-to-day support and ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Create and analyze B2C marketing content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, legal, and product teams.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
