Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.
- Current or recent experience in customer service, support, or banking roles.
- Strong written English (C1+).
- Ability to apply routing judgment and interpret fee schedules or policy documents.
- Experience as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios to verify accuracy against disclosure schedules.
- Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate traps like incorrect payees or insufficient funds.
- Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios to test recognition, information capture, and handoff procedures.
- Author account closure scenarios to test retention-offer logic and pending-transaction checks.
- Grade AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, conversational tone, and clarity.
