Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.
  • Current or recent experience in customer service, support, or banking roles.
  • Strong written English (C1+).
  • Ability to apply routing judgment and interpret fee schedules or policy documents.
  • Experience as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios to verify accuracy against disclosure schedules.
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate traps like incorrect payees or insufficient funds.
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios to test recognition, information capture, and handoff procedures.
  • Author account closure scenarios to test retention-offer logic and pending-transaction checks.
  • Grade AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, conversational tone, and clarity.
