Responsibilities

  • Analyze disputes and chargeback flows to decide the right action
  • Investigate cases end-to-end (transaction timeline, evidence, money flow, root cause)
  • Build and review representment/defense cases — clear, well-documented, win-oriented
  • Dig into data to find patterns, fraud signals, and process gaps worth fixing
  • Use (and help improve) our AI/automation tooling to handle disputes faster and smarter
  • Partner with teams across CloudWalk (Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, Engineering)
