- Great writing for case summaries, dispute defenses, and updates

Responsibilities
- Analyze disputes and chargeback flows to decide the right action
- Investigate cases end-to-end (transaction timeline, evidence, money flow, root cause)
- Build and review representment/defense cases — clear, well-documented, win-oriented
- Dig into data to find patterns, fraud signals, and process gaps worth fixing
- Use (and help improve) our AI/automation tooling to handle disputes faster and smarter
- Partner with teams across CloudWalk (Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, Engineering)
