Requirements
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
- Understanding of core design concepts and fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Web Accessibility requirements.
- Portfolio showcasing website (e-commerce preferred) and web app dashboard design.
- Experience with project tools like Basecamp and Google Docs preferred.
- Experience presenting materials to clients professionally.
- Ability to perform under pressure and short deadlines.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, and consistent internet/power.
Responsibilities
- Design unique and client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
- Create wireframes, website mockups, and related graphics for desktop and mobile devices based on creative briefs.
- Draw vector icons and illustrations.
- Attend client meetings and collaborate with Digital Producers to plan and achieve project goals.
- Work with copywriters, SEO teams, and developers to establish project vision and analyze usability versus performance tradeoffs.
- Prepare design files for developer hand-off.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
