Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Offer product knowledge and support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery
  • Solicit and record customer feedback to inform service improvements
  • Engage in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and company policies
