Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Offer product knowledge and support to customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery
- Solicit and record customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Engage in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and company policies
