Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support engineering, application support, or related B2B SaaS roles.
  • Ability to write safe, performant SQL and understand execution plans.
  • Ability to read C# and .NET code to trace application logic and class structures.
  • Experience with structured root cause analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience managing individual ticket queues independently.
  • Strong communication skills for customer-facing troubleshooting and internal reporting.
  • Experience mentoring peers or technical staff.
  • Comfortable working with production safety guardrails and reviewing remediation plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within US Pacific hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analysis on highly complex issues.
  • Read C# and .NET stack to follow application logic and pinpoint errors.
  • Write and review safe SQL against production data for remediation.
  • Monitor and respond to production alerts.
  • Create well-scoped tickets for engineering teams.
  • Lead technical investigations during incidents.
  • Uplift escalation quality and mentor junior team members.
  • Build reusable automation and tooling to reduce reactive load.
  • Communicate technical complexity to customers and stakeholders.
