Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Control Account Management, Program Controls, Program Finance, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and cost/schedule/performance principles.
- Experience supporting government contracts and familiarity with FAR best practices.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
- Experience integrating project controls, scheduling, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams and executive leadership.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- PMP, CAM, or EVMS certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned control accounts through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, metrics, and reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics including ETC, EAC, CPI, SPI, variance, and corrective actions.
- Maintain program tracking systems and databases to ensure reporting accuracy and actionable insights.
- Partner with subcontractor-led CAMs and stakeholders to validate and integrate program data.
- Support Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource planning, and audits such as IBRs and JSRs.
- Identify risks and opportunities to maintain the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management process.
- Prepare and present program status reports and financial analyses for executive leadership.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with contract requirements and classification environments.
