Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns in a professional environment.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing SEO professionals.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, local SEO, and website architecture.
- Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or SEO projects simultaneously.
- Experience supporting or leading website migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience presenting SEO strategies and recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO Leads.
- Ensure client campaigns achieve performance goals and measurable business results.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including audits and website migrations.
- Research and implement new SEO methodologies, focusing on AI and emerging search technologies.
- Develop internal SEO training materials and best practices.
- Monitor performance and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
