Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technical, data mesh, or software development environment.
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership from initial concept through iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to own execution independently and align with organizational leadership.
- Experience mentoring junior PMs or establishing product processes.
- Expertise in Agile workflows and backlog management tools like Jira or Linear.
- Strong UX/UI sensibility including wireframing and design feedback.
- Mastery in writing clear PRDs, epics, and user stories.
- Proven ability to influence technical architecture decisions alongside engineering leads.
- Experience with decentralized data mesh architectures or ML talent matching is a plus.
- Background in HR tech or talent platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose root-cause business challenges and design proactive, end-to-end solutions.
- Transform ambiguous business goals into clear product specifications.
- Drive execution independently while partnering with engineering to determine technical implementation.
- Investigate user pain points and root problems prior to development.
- Manage roadmap transparency, release notes, and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify and fix broken internal processes to improve organizational efficiency.
