Requirements

  • Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and solve problems.
  • Strong familiarity and comfort level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to perform daily travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support innovative transportation services using effective industry skills.
  • Exercise customer service while identifying and escalating potential daily challenges or service deficiencies.
  • Assist in managing the daily service of accounts, including recruiting, vetting, and credentialing third-party service providers.
  • Manage and oversee Field Operations, including new client start-ups, client retention, and development of existing accounts.
  • Liaise between the company and clients to provide guidance, direction, and feedback.
  • Monitor local transportation to ensure performance meets contract terms and specifications.
  • Maintain documentation regarding provider information, operations, and safety inspections.
  • Manage and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
