Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial data collection or content generation process support.
  • Experience with M&A transactions and capital offerings content is strongly preferred.
  • B.Com degree.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Suite and superior Google Sheets/Excel skills.
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn complex large language model processes.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Demonstrated interest in capital markets and financial research.
  • Proficient knowledge of current financial and technology trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external sources and disclosure patterns for Transactions and Funding Rounds.
  • Support an AI-powered event classification and information extraction pipeline by clearing edge cases.
  • Track processing states, generate usage reports, and maintain logs of content issues.
  • Perform quality assurance by reviewing input documents for property categorization and tagging.
  • Provide 3rd level support by addressing inquiries, tracking issues, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative methods for troubleshooting content issues.
  • Create and update documentation for content generation and support practices.
