Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science.
- At least 2 years in a lead architect capacity within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
- Mastery of SQL and Python.
- Deep experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic systems using tools like Claude Code or MCP.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as N8N or custom API orchestration.
- Advanced proficiency in modern BI and visualization tools like Grafana, Looker, or Tableau.
- Deep familiarity with the connectivity between Salesforce, marketing automation, and product data.
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to board-level audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to translate complex data into a roadmap for demand generation and revenue growth.
- Architect a dual-track forecasting framework to balance top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality.
- Develop and maintain machine learning models including attribution, MMM, and LTV to optimize budget allocation.
- Oversee the Google BigQuery data warehouse structure to maintain a unified source of truth.
- Perform causal inference and predictive trend analysis to isolate anomalies and business drivers.
- Deploy and manage LLM-powered agents to monitor data pipelines and flag funnel quality shifts.
- Build AI-driven scoring models to prioritize high-value potential users for Sales and Marketing.
