Requirements

  • Significant track record in a Senior or Lead role delivering complex e-commerce projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including SFRA architecture.
  • Proficiency across the commerce stack, including API design, data handling, and security.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams or parallel delivery models.
  • Experience working in multi-party delivery models involving agencies, clients, and external partners.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and coaching engineering teams.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and translate vague goals into stable, shipped software.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a shared technical view across all assigned workstreams to ensure consistency in integrations and data models.
  • Translate high-level architectural and design direction into executable technical tasks.
  • Uphold high engineering standards, including accessibility, performance, and integration discipline.
  • Proactively identify and address project dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt.
  • Provide real-time technical problem-solving during client calls and project stand-ups.
  • Translate complex technical constraints and platform limitations into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance, reviews, and coaching to foster professional growth.
