Requirements
- Deep, hands-on quality experience across the entire testing pyramid.
- Strong coding skills to review and understand pull requests.
- Genuine fluency in Agile delivery and shift-left practices.
- Expertise in CI pipeline optimization (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
- Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Vitest, JUnit, pytest, k6, JMeter, or Gatling.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Outstanding mentoring and communication skills for working with stakeholders and engineers.
- Ability to rapidly assess and influence quality practices within unfamiliar teams.
Responsibilities
- Shift quality left by helping teams catch defects during refinement and task definition.
- Improve the testing pyramid across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Optimize CI pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency.
- Introduce and integrate AI-assisted development tools into quality workflows.
- Mentor engineers through pair programming and workshops.
- Define and drive quality strategy across the entire SDLC.
