- 3 years of content marketing and SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or technology.
- Proven SEO expertise with a track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Experience managing freelance writers, agencies, or external content creators.
- Strong project management skills capable of overseeing 20-25+ content projects simultaneously.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, detailed content briefs.
- Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking strategies.
- Excellent editing skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and brand voice.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CMS), and Google Search Console.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating briefs, managed/edited content, or SEO results.
Responsibilities
- Manage production of 20-25 SEO-optimized articles per month by coordinating with freelance writers.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify content opportunities and create detailed content briefs.
- Develop detailed outlines including keyword targets, article structure, and internal linking requirements.
- Assign tasks to freelance writers, track progress, provide feedback, and maintain a writer roster.
- Edit content from freelancers for accuracy, clarity, brand voice, and SEO best practices.
- Optimize content for search engines including meta descriptions, header structure, and image alt text.
- Format and publish content in the CMS and perform final quality assurance.
- Monitor content performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
