Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or related roles, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to build and scale content programs that drive measurable pipeline and demand generation impact.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools and workflows, with examples of AI-assisted content strongly preferred.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to produce high-quality, on-brand outputs from LLMs.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, and modern content distribution strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams including marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
  • Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to distinguish high-impact content from generic or low-quality AI output.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to align stakeholders around content strategy and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a strategic content roadmap aligned with marketing and business objectives, defining themes, audience targeting, and editorial direction.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality content across multiple formats including blogs, emails, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, social content, and thought leadership assets.
  • Measure content performance and use data insights to optimize engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion impact.
  • Serve as the editorial lead by interviewing internal and external subject matter experts to strengthen credibility and messaging.
  • Design and refine AI-driven content workflows, including prompt engineering, reusable templates, and scalable content systems.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of content assets, style guides, and AI prompts for go-to-market teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content tasks such as metadata, social snippets, email variants, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure messaging alignment and content consistency.
