Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a job-related field, or Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional auditing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from records and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external operational, compliance, and financial audits across divisions and departments.
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify, document, and analyze business risks.
  • Draft detailed audit reports for corporate executive management with recommendations to limit risks and improve processes.
  • Analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated efforts, fraud, or non-compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Examine and evaluate financial and information systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Conduct special audit studies as requested by management to prevent fraud and assess corrective actions.
