Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional auditing experience.
- Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze financial data and determine its applicability.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to travel out of town when required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely operational, compliance, and financial audits of departments, providers, and corporate activities.
- Identify, document, and evaluate business risks and internal control effectiveness.
- Draft comprehensive audit reports for executive management, detailing findings, conclusions, and improvement recommendations.
- Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, fraud, or non-compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct testing of corrective actions to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Perform special audit studies as requested by management.
- Assist team members in completing assignments to maximize audit efficiency.
