Requirements

  • 1-3 years in outbound focused sales position desired.
  • Customer-oriented background required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, strategic communication, public relations, or international relations preferred.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales, marketing, and negotiation preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT fluency and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting into Fortune 500 companies desired.
  • Proven capabilities in account development, opportunity qualification, and call control.
  • Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology / cybersecurity.
  • Experience with cloud-based CRM and project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, and lead pitch logistics.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements and content creation.
