Requirements
- 3+ years of field sales, product, marketing, or retail experience.
- Proven ability to execute winning sales strategies and drive results.
- Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis.
- Quantified history of exceeding targeted sales results.
- Excellent process and organizational management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player and build business-critical relationships.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual revenue targets for the run and outdoor specialty channels.
- Maintain current account relationships, secure seasonal orders, and develop new accounts.
- Execute sales strategies and adhere to distribution guidelines to manage wholesale product flow.
- Procure orders through face-to-face and virtual processes using company-provided technologies.
- Utilize consumer, market share, and POS data to sustain and grow retail business.
- Collaborate with Field Service Representatives to build annual education programs and local activation calendars.
