Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, inbound/outbound sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform in a KPI-driven environment.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Teams, or Slack.
- Must have a quiet home office setup with no background noise.
- Must have a wired Ethernet internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speeds (Wi-Fi not accepted).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers, maintaining a professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive conversions and upselling opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.
- Follow structured scripts and sales processes while adapting communication style to individual customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using internal systems and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, performance, and customer engagement strategies.
