Requirements
- 7+ years of related job experience.
- Strong experience in Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) and TypeScript (React).
- Advanced PostgreSQL database knowledge, including CTEs, window functions, and indexing.
- Experience working with microservices, API-based application paradigms, and distributed caching.
- Proven ability to deliver complex web applications to the cloud using AWS and Terraform.
- Demonstrated ability to improve scalability and observability of systems.
- Proficiency in Linux using Bash, Zsh, Python, and Node.js.
- Experience with Git code management.
- Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks like Playwright.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions from design to production.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to refine and implement requirements.
- Engage with major clients and cross-functional teams to architect innovative solutions.
- Establish and maintain consistent, enterprise-grade APIs across services.
- Build robust backend applications in Python on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SMS, ECS, and other cloud technologies.
- Design and implement scalable systems capable of handling high-volume transactions.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
