Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale distributed backend systems.
- 2+ years of experience focused on security-sensitive domains such as IAM, security, privacy, or anti-abuse.
- Technical understanding of identity concepts and authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
- Technical understanding of session management and authorization access models (ABAC, RBAC, ReBAC).
- Knowledge of centralized authorization engines.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (preferably Go).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience identifying and driving high-impact projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Steer and scope high-leverage projects that align with engineering and company goals.
- Design and build performant, scalable, and high-quality backend services for identity, authentication, and authorization.
- Mentor, coach, and collaborate with other technical contributors.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, security, and client engineering teams.
- Improve technical and non-technical abilities to support a growing organization.
