Ability to prioritize features, requirements, and tasks based on customer and business needs.
Ability to build and execute a product roadmap and strategy.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to craft compelling stories to communicate product vision and value to stakeholders.

Contribute to the strategy and direction of the Civica Pensions product set.
Socialize product direction with stakeholders and customers.
Prioritize software and regulatory enhancements based on market and business needs.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to define the product roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams.
Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to inform product decisions.
Define and prioritize product requirements to guide the engineering process.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.
