Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead or most senior FP&A professional in an organization.
- Hands-on expertise building driver-based 3-statement models, budgets, and reforecasts.
- Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) for subscription or multi-product businesses.
- Experience reporting to or partnering directly with company leadership and cross-functional leads.
- Data-native skills with clean, auditable models and proficiency in pulling own data (SQL/BigQuery preferred).
- Active use of AI to build and ship finance workflows.
- Experience with regulated fintech or payment institutions (MiFID/MiCA) is nice to have.
- Familiarity with modern finance/data stacks (dbt, Looker, Pigment) is a plus.
- Experience building fundraising or due-diligence data rooms is a plus.
- Prior experience in early finance hiring or function-building is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the budget and rolling reforecast using a driver-based 3-statement model.
- Set the company's finance cadence including monthly close-to-report cycles and 13-week cash flow.
- Build unit-economics and cohort instrumentation dashboards (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to provide data-driven financial discipline.
- Define tooling, methodology, and future hiring plans for the finance function as it scales.
