Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and bridge between client needs and technology.
- Guide clients in understanding product features to match their goals and expectations.
- Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of the technology platform.
- Collaborate with engineering and product specialists to provide full technical support.
- Develop and maintain account plans to maximize client value.
- Provide feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities.
- Establish trusted adviser relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan strategies to meet customer objectives and resolve escalated issues.
- Contribute new product ideas to the product and design teams to shape the roadmap.
