Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and bridge between client needs and technology.
  • Guide clients in understanding product features to match their goals and expectations.
  • Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of the technology platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product specialists to provide full technical support.
  • Develop and maintain account plans to maximize client value.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities.
  • Establish trusted adviser relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan strategies to meet customer objectives and resolve escalated issues.
  • Contribute new product ideas to the product and design teams to shape the roadmap.
