Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume role.
- Consultative selling experience.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
- Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a strong plus.
- Previous EOR (Employer of Record) experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound activity, supplemented by SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.
- Refine the target account profile in collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams.
- Present product demos and employ a consultative approach to highlight platform benefits.
- Close deals at a high velocity.
- Track and report sales progress using the company CRM.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process and internal sales tech stack.
