Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume role.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with autonomy.
  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software is a strong plus.
  • Previous EOR (Employer of Record) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound activity, supplemented by SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Refine the target account profile in collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams.
  • Present product demos and employ a consultative approach to highlight platform benefits.
  • Close deals at a high velocity.
  • Track and report sales progress using the company CRM.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process and internal sales tech stack.
