Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of sales experience in an agency, media, or marketing technology environment.
- A strong understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Comfort running a full sales cycle from first call to close.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to build outreach cadences and sequences.
- Comfort using AI and automation to work smarter and faster.
- Sharp, clear communication skills, both on calls and over email.
- Self-directed, hungry, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle and close inbound leads across global markets.
- Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers.
- Match each prospect to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO.
- Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar outreach platforms.
- Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops.
- Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline your workflow and work efficiently.
- Keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline clean at all times.
