Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of sales experience in an agency, media, or marketing technology environment.
  • A strong understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Comfort running a full sales cycle from first call to close.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to build outreach cadences and sequences.
  • Comfort using AI and automation to work smarter and faster.
  • Sharp, clear communication skills, both on calls and over email.
  • Self-directed, hungry, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and close inbound leads across global markets.
  • Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers.
  • Match each prospect to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO.
  • Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar outreach platforms.
  • Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops.
  • Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline your workflow and work efficiently.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline clean at all times.
