- Doctorate preferred
- Experience facilitating concept-based nursing education
- Proficiency in at least one learning management system (LMS) — Canvas preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Availability and commitment to serve across all three academic semesters each calendar year
Responsibilities
- Support and prepare assigned learners to achieve NCLEX success through meaningful interactions, consistent communication, and customized learning plans.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain open communication, including grading and attendance tracking for assigned activities.
- Develop, outline, and facilitate scheduled study sessions and 1:1 coaching appointments.
- Complete initial and final evaluations for assigned learners and graduates and make recommendations for transcript clearance.
- Attend NCLEX faculty meetings, participate in committees, and contribute to shared decision-making.
- Participate in the implementation of functional projects as they arise.
- Maintain certification records as required by accreditation, facility, or state board of nursing standards.
