  • 2+ years of experience managing people.
  • Deep SEM expertise across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven agency experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
  • Track record of client retention, revenue growth, and escalation recovery.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, including remote or offshore contributors.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills for C-suite interaction and 1:1 coaching.
  • Experience working with D2C brands and performance-driven marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own client outcomes by leading strategic discussions, overseeing complex campaigns, and managing budgets.
  • Develop tailored paid search programs and optimize performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Lead pitches, deliver audits, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through upsells.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team through 1:1 coaching, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Manage the department P&L, including revenue, headcount, tooling, and margin responsibilities.
  • Maintain SOPs, ensure quality assurance, and plan capacity to meet operational goals.
