Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts with measurable performance outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in achieving lead generation and conversion targets while retaining clients
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience writing ad creatives and direct response messaging
  • Experience with tracking setups including pixels, conversion events, and basic marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear client insights
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently diagnose issues and implement solutions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment
  • Experience in financial services marketing, appointment-setting funnels, or high-ticket lead generation is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with video sales letter (VSL) strategies and direct response marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic and performance lead
  • Run bi-weekly client meetings, present performance insights, and align on optimization strategies and next steps
  • Deliver performance reporting in advance of client calls, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment setting
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing creative testing to achieve cost-per-appointment goals
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement rapid adjustments to improve outcomes and ROI
  • Write high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
  • Develop creative concepts, messaging angles, and testing frameworks in collaboration with design and video teams
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking systems, pixels, conversion events, and lead routing workflows
  • Configure integrations and automation tools such as Calendly, Zapier, and CRM pipelines to ensure seamless lead flow
