Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, or client leadership roles within agency or performance marketing environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel accounts with full-funnel strategy ownership and measurable business impact.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and profitability oversight.
  • Experience leading executive-level client conversations and influencing senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement frameworks, including attribution models, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
  • Ability to translate business and commercial objectives into integrated media, creative, and data-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience balancing strategic thinking and operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic ownership across a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, ensuring alignment between business goals and media execution across all channels.
  • Design and oversee integrated, full-funnel media strategies spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, CTV, Retail Media, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Translate client business objectives, KPIs, and financial targets into structured media investment frameworks, budget allocations, and growth strategies.
  • Lead executive-level client engagements, including QBRs, annual planning sessions, and high-stakes strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with analytics teams to implement and evolve measurement frameworks such as attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
  • Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts while supporting new business efforts in collaboration with sales and strategy teams.
  • Oversee account health metrics including retention, profitability, delivery quality, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide internal teams, ensuring strong execution, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement in planning and performance.
