Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
- Experience working with the UK or US accounting industry, accounting outsourcing, KPO, bookkeeping, taxation, or related financial services is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage international clients confidently.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, taxation, or financial terminology is an added advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and target decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other business development channels.
- Engage with accounting firms, finance professionals, and businesses across the UK and US markets to identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for senior business development and sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, introductory emails, and sales materials tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Research target organizations, industry trends, and key decision-makers to support strategic business development initiatives.
