Requirements
- 2–4 years in Growth, CRO, or Product with direct ARPU or revenue responsibility.
- Experience with subscription-based products.
- Demonstrated ability to increase ARPU and CR of web funnels through a structured, science-backed experimentation program.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical concepts including MDE, sample size, and significance.
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization, paywalls, pricing experiments, and churn reduction.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Tableau.
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as Amplitude Experiments, RevenueCat Funnels, or VWO.
- Comfort adopting AI tools like Claude, Replit, and n8n to automate operations and accelerate delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL as a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks by impact vs. effort to deliver measurable results.
- Clear communication skills and solid stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities
- Increase ARPU and CR across web funnels through a rigorous, science-backed experimentation program.
- Define, prioritize, and run high-impact growth experiments across multiple products.
- Optimize conversion funnels end-to-end, covering acquisition through revenue retention.
- Test and refine pricing and packaging models including bundles, upsells, and subscriptions.
- Develop and improve churn-prevention flows, including win-back and discount offers.
- Apply statistical rigor to ensure every experiment is valid and defensible.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude, Replit, and n8n to automate reporting, QA, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to implement and interpret A/B test results.
