Requirements
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Reliable, hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (satellite and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported).
- Ability to learn and use custom software and tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
- Previous experience working from home or with minimal peer interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and manual dexterity to operate a computer.
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attendance at a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care, quality-of-life care, and behavioral challenges.
- Provide compassionate customer service to pet families via high-volume calls.
- Document pet medical information accurately and manage appointment scheduling.
- Meet all performance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of dependability by strictly adhering to schedules and attendance policies.
