- Ability to perform basic math calculations for loan support.
- Proven capability to listen actively, solve problems, and manage high call volumes.
- Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone with empathy and clarity.
- Promote and cross-sell company products to eligible customers during servicing interactions.
- Assist clients with payment arrangements and provide guidance on relief options and documentation.
- Educate customers on loan processes, repayment options, and company offerings.
- Maintain clear, professional records and conduct research using internal and external tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client needs.
