Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
- Experience with coordinated drawing sets and field exposure supporting construction or site activities.
- Familiarity with basic clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
- Ability to maintain Revit model structure, including links, worksets, view templates, and model organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- EIT, CDT, or introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, coordinated Revit models, drawings, and documentation with minimal rework.
- Support engineers by preparing design calculations, specifications, product research, and coordinating documentation.
- Maintain model health by managing links, worksets, view templates, and model organization according to BIM standards.
- Manage task load effectively in Asana, communicating risks early and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
- Participate in coordination sessions to identify and resolve straightforward modeling conflicts.
- Document design decisions and coordination updates in internal systems to support team visibility.
- Perform site visits or existing conditions verification as needed, clearly documenting findings.
