Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
- Experience supporting external, client-facing software implementations in a Professional Services or consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in system integrations (APIs, data interfaces) and common integration patterns.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs.
- Demonstrated experience driving code quality through reviews, testing, and modern SDLC/CI/CD tools.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English and French (mandatory for Quebec-based candidates, with training provided for non-native speakers).

- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of individual contributors.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional talent.
- Manage financial responsibilities and drive utilization across the team.
- Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships and partner with stakeholders.
- Lead technical design, integrations, and development quality through go-live.
- Communicate financial results and KPIs to team members.
- Perform individual contributor tasks as needed to support team delivery.
