Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to build and explain variance bridges.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or multinational environments (nice to have).
- Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, or BI tools (nice to have).
- Exposure to M&A, integrations, or cross-border financial consolidation (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own and manage annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for assigned regions and business lines.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear variance analysis and executive-ready insights.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Partner with regional general managers and functional leaders to translate operational plans into financial projections.
- Analyze key SaaS/fintech KPIs such as recurring revenue, churn, ARPU, and unit economics.
- Support monthly close processes in collaboration with Accounting.
- Contribute to executive reporting, board materials, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Drive automation and standardization of reporting using tools such as Power BI and NetSuite.
