Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development in enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework principles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (business rules, client scripts, workflows).
- Experience with platform integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON.
- Knowledge of user management, RBAC, LDAP, and SSO implementations.
- Experience managing upgrades, update sets, and platform migrations.
- Familiarity with CMDB structure and data governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform to ensure alignment with IT best practices, operational standards, and business needs.
- Manage platform configuration including UI elements, workflows, forms, lists, plugins, and mobile interfaces.
- Handle platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and update set migrations.
- Support incident resolution, troubleshooting, and escalation for platform issues.
- Manage users, groups, roles, access controls, and security configurations.
- Develop and maintain service catalog items, workflows, notifications, and portal components.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics aligned with ITSM KPIs.
- Perform development tasks including business rules, client scripts, automation workflows, and integrations.
- Monitor platform health and support CMDB and data management processes.
